How does ClapBack work?
ClapBack uses AI to generate clever, savage, flirty, or funny comebacks based on your text conversations or screenshots. Simply upload a screenshot of a conversation or type out the conversation, choose your preferred style, and get instant responses.
Is ClapBack free?
ClapBack offers a free tier with 3 generations per day. For unlimited generations and access to all features including the History feature, you can upgrade to ClapBack Pro through an in-app subscription.
What are the different response styles?
ClapBack offers four response styles:
- Savage: Ruthless and brutal comebacks
- Clever: Witty and smart responses
- Flirty: Seductive and charming replies
- Funny: Hilarious and light-hearted responses
How do I upgrade to Pro?
To upgrade to ClapBack Pro, tap the "GO PRO" button in the app, review the features, and complete your purchase through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Subscriptions are managed through your device's store settings.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ClapBack → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → ClapBack → Cancel
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Where are my screenshots stored?
Screenshots you analyze are stored locally on your device. ClapBack does not upload or store your images on our servers. Only Pro users can access the History feature to view previously analyzed screenshots.
Is my data private?
Yes, your privacy is important to us. We do not store your conversations, screenshots, or generated responses on our servers. All processing is done in real-time. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
What if I'm having technical issues?
If you're experiencing technical issues:
- Make sure you have the latest version of ClapBack installed
- Restart the app
- Check your internet connection
- Contact us at support@clapback.app with details about the issue
Can I use ClapBack on multiple devices?
ClapBack works on any device where you install the app. However, your Pro subscription is tied to your App Store or Google Play account. If you use the same account on multiple devices, your subscription will work across those devices.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data through the Privacy settings in the app. Go to Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete My Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What age is ClapBack appropriate for?
ClapBack is intended for users 13 years and older. Users under 18 should have parental permission to use the app.
